Community Health Education
Center
The path to better health begins with education. For years, we've offered a great selection of health programs. Responding to the community's growing interest in our health classes, a Community Health Education Center was constructed in 2000. Since opening, the center has served more than 30,000 people annually.
Inside the 20,000-square-foot education center, you'll find the following:
Six classrooms with Internet, audio and video capability
State-of-the-art auditorium
Office for the Northwest Autism Foundation, a source of information and support for families
The Community Health Education Center is located at 519 15th Street in Oregon City. Hours are Mon. and Fri., 8 am–4 pm, and Tuesday – Thursday 8 am–9 pm. You may contact the office at 503-657-6919.
50+ Senior Good Healthkeeping Club
For those 50 and over, the Education Center offers free membership in the 50+ Club. Members receive a 20 percent discount on all health education programs, advance notice on presentations through the 50+ newsletter, and other benefits like savings on meals at the WFH cafeteria.
