Osteoporosis Exercise Class
Exercise can help slow bone loss, decreasing your risk for osteoporosis. Providence Willamette Falls Rehabilitation Services offers a 6 week class that consists of exercises to help reduce your risk for osteoporosis and osteoporosis-related injuries. This interactive class teaches specific stretching, balancing and strengthening exercises your can do to help maintain long-term bone health. Prior to this class, you will be cleared by your doctor and you will participate in a brief screening by a physical therapist to include flexibility, posture, and strength.
