Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center is committed to building a healthier community. Our hospital and hospice are Medicare-certified and nationally accredited by the Joint Commission and our onsite lab is accredited by the College of American Pathologists.

Among the many health services at our hospital, you’ll find a recently upgraded Emergency Department, a full range of diagnostic imaging, a Critical Care unit, comfortable maternity center, and fully digital surgical suites. Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center Human Motion Institute offers exceptional care for issues concerning your muscles, bones, joints and nerves.

Off campus, we provide urgent medical treatment at walk-in health centers in Canby and Clackamas, occupational health services, and compassionate hospice care. Our adjacent Medical Plazas I & II house office space for many of our 300 affiliated medical staff physicians and providers, specializing in everything from allergies to vascular surgery.

In addition to medical care, Willamette Falls offers chaplain assistance, social services, diabetes education, a medical resource library, nutritional services, and a host of health classes at our Community Health Education Center.
